1.The product warranty period starts from the date the customer orders the product, counting from the date of purchase as shown on the receipt or product warranty card.
2.Customers can inform the product serial number or the product order receipt to confirm the product warranty with the company.
3.Customers who detect any abnormalities in the device can request a product exchange/return with the company within 1 days after receiving the product.
4.During the warranty period, the product repair service is free of charge for both labor and parts. For damages that are not covered by the warranty, the company will inform the customer of the price for consideration before repairing the product.
5.Customers can inform the product serial number or the product order receipt to confirm the product warranty with the company.
Note
In order to exchange/return the product, the customer must return the product to the company within 1-2days from the date of receipt of the product as per the date stamped by the shipping company. If it exceeds the specified period, the company reserves the right to do not exchange/return the product in all cases.
In the event that the customer does not return the product to the company, the company reserves the right to do not exchange the product or refund the customer.
Approval for product exchange or return must be verified by the company in all cases.
The company will take approximately 2-7 business days to inspect the product after receiving the returned product from the customer.
In the event that the company receives and inspects the product and finds that the product is not damaged, the company reserves the right to change/return the product and will return the original product to the customer.
